Yesterday 1/1/19, Dan Enders and I saw a Sedge Wren out in the prairie at Huffman Prairie in Greene County! While waiting for the little Wren to re-appear for a photo-op we were shocked to see a LeContes Sparrow in the same area! We got plenty of pics and a video of the sparrow. I got plenty of pics of the wren a couple days earlier. There has also been a Northern Shrike in the area for over a week. Great start to the new year!
