In my post of 4:30am, I mistakenly said that all the conservation dollars raised at this year's Midwest Birding Symposium was going to be used for Meadowbrook Marsh. That was an error. Only money donated to the Carbon Offset project is earmarked for that property. The rest of the money raised will be divided between designated worthy causes, as in the past. 

Sorry for the misinformation. Blame it on too much excitement and too little sleep.
