I'm very sorry to hear this news, Pete.  Oddly enough, earlier today I was thinking about Bill and looked up some articles by him on Ohio birding records.  He had tremendous knowledge on the subject.  Years ago he told me that as far as he knew, I had the first confirmed Eurasian Collared Dove sighting in Franklin County- I was surprised.
