Frohring Meadows was bursting with activity this morning. (Including
many, many joggers
and dog walkers.)

Choruses of frogs of every description, flocks or Red Winged
Blackbirds. Unidentified flock
of birds w/ white outer tail feathers. Pipits? Restless flock of
fifty, erratic flight.
Tree swallows have returned.

Among the abundant Mallards, were two Northern Pintails, one a
striking male.
Also Common Snipe. I saw three birds, in flight and resettling back on
the clumps
of grass in the water.
