Some additional sightings at Conneaut, before my 10:15AM departure were; 2 Black-bellied Plovers, 16+ Bald Eagles, 50+ Common Terns, 10+ Forster's Terns, 50+ Bank Swallows, 1 Green Heron, 2 Great Black-backed Gulls, 300+ Double-crested Cormorants, 2 Horned Grebes, and 6 Rusty Blackbirds. Because of the brutal winds, and the Bald Eagles, the shorebirds moved west to the adjacent public beach.

Bob Lane / Mahoning County
