I went down to Caesar Creek with some friends to look for the goshawk on
Sunday. We arrived at about 8:30 AM and finally saw the bird at about
2:20 PM. While we were watching for it we saw quite a few other vultures
and hawks. There seemed to be some hawk migration occurring. Here is a
list of what we saw while watching for the goshawk. Some of the numbers
are rough estimates since I really wasn't trying to count each species.

4 Black Vulture
30 Turkey Vulture
1 Osprey
1 Northern Harrier
8 Sharp-shinned Hawk
1 Red-shouldered Hawk
2 Red-tailed Hawk
1 American Kestrel
2 Merlin
1 Peregrine Falcon
