Wednesday, Sept. 23 - 10:15 a.m. - noon

Englewood Main Metropark:

Lesser yellowlegs - 13
Greater yellowlegs - 2
Spotted sp - 2
Least sp - 2
Pectoral sp - 3
Semipalmated sp - 8
Killdeer - 200+
Great blue herons - 50
Great egrets - 5
Wood ducks - 30+
Blue-winged and green-winged teal - 25 (90% female)
DC cormorant
Belted kingfisher
Turkey vultures - 10
Mallards - 35
Canada geese - 8 !!!

It was completely overcast today, light very bad.  Even with the  scope,
sometimes wasn't sure if it was a greater yellowlegs or a greater  egret!
