The gull has been refound at point blank range on the south side of route 531. Taking route 531  west over the cement bridge, look for two signs: "bumbouy" and "east dale overhead door". This is BEFORE you get to the draw bridge (east of drawbridge). Turn left (south) into parking lot here and look south onto river marina. The gull is lazily sitting on a post here.
