Hello Ohio Birders,

A 20-minute stop at Conneaut around 2 pm this afternoon yielded: around 40 "peep," mostly Least Sandpipers but including at least one Semipalmated and one Western, also both Yellowlegs, Stilt Sandpiper, 3 Short-billed Dowitchers, one each Golden and Black-bellied Plovers, 4 Semipalmated Plovers, several Forster's and one Caspian Tern.

(No, we didn't go to Conneaut to spend 20 minutes' birding; it's on the way between Binghamton, NY and Columbus after a week-long sojourn in New England.)

Happy Birding,

Dave Horn
Columbus
