Pickerington Ponds
Sunday 4-6pm
Notes: These birds were observed at the Wood Duck parking area. The number of American coots was striking. The absence of birds at Pickerington Pond parking lot /observation area was also strikingly barren compared the Wood Duck area. 1 BW teal, 1 PB Grebe and 1 Pair of Mallards. That's it.

American Wigeon 2
Northern Pintail 1 with one very short tail?
Northern Shoveler 20
Pied-billed Grebe 4
Green-winged Teal 5
Blue-winged Teal 3
Great Blue Heron 2
Mallard Duck 60+ in pairs
Common Grackles Several flocks of 50-100+ WITH
Red-winged Blackbirds flying within groups
Canada Goose 100+
Lesser Scaup 3
Bufflehead 4
