I decided to bird the spillway right off St. Rt. 93 this morning, and boy was it chilly. There wasn't much to note, but there is still a rather large flock of about 15 Yellow-rumped Warblers still in the brush, as well as a pair of male Common Mergansers out on the water. I was almost afraid I'd have to head north to find some COMEs for the year, but was pleasantly surprised. :)
