Based on previous reports this week we decided to check out Greenlawn
Cemetary today. Unforutnately not as "flush" as earlier in the week but we
did get great looks at a cooperative ruby-crowned kinglet just past the
bridge. Notables around the Pit were a chipping sparrow, a brown
thrasher, a yellow warbler, and a green heron along with the usual crowds
of chickadees, RW blackbirds, cowbirds, and several different kinds of
woodpeckers. Heard a white-throat sparrow singing off in the distance.
Good birding, Sharon
