I had one SNOW BUNTING with a flock of 25 HORNED LARKS this morning in
Columbus. These birds were in the fields adjacent to North Star Rd. (just
south of Lane Avenue and north of Kinnear Road). On Saturday morning, this
area produced 95 HORNED LARKS, 9 LAPLAND LONGSPURS, & 2 SNOW BUNTINGS. Not
bad for west-central Columbus. The resident RED-SHOULDERED HAWK was also
present.
