The shrike is still present on Johnson road just north of Stow HS off of 
Newcomer rd.around 2pm a merlin did a quick buzz of the shrike then continued 
west over Stow. We've had merlins winter in this area the last two years so it 
wouldnt surprise me if this one shows up again. We hope the shrike holds out 
until the CBC Sunday... I dont think the supply of Tree Sparrows will run out.
