Nice spot, Ken. Thanks for posting, Julie. The Glaucous Gull is still here at 2:30. You can pull briefly into construction Gate 3 just past the courthouse for decent views through the chain link fence. 
No black-backed seen. 
While writing this, a truck came out and put up all gulls. They seem to be resettling.
