I just went out and looked at these shorebirds, what a great collection of birds, nice find Steve!

Shorebirds:

Black-bellied Plover: 8

Killdeer: 2

Lesser Yellowlegs: 6

Dunlin: 1

Least Sandpiper: 5

Pectoral Sandpiper: 3

Dowitchers: about 12

Unfortunately, many took off while I was watching; all of the dowitchers, 6 Black-bellied Plovers, and the Dunlin all headed north. I think all of the dowitchers were Short-billed, but I didn't get a chance to check carefully. 2 Black-bellied Plovers, the yellowlegs, Killdeer, Least Sandpipers, and Pectoral Sandpipers remained. I may try to check this spot again tomorrow afternoon.

This is a nice rejuvenation to my Union County Big Year (I've been too busy to do much Union County birding lately), I should now be up to about 125.
