I neglected to give location.  
Delaware County, west side of Route 3 between Lewis Center Road and Big Walnut Road. 
I have additional information to add. 
I saw on my way home from my daughter’s house near Marengo in Morrow County.  
I just shared the video with her and she texted me back that she had seen them on her way to my house a week or two ago and had told me!
