I am sure someone will put out a more comprehensive list but those who
attended the OOS Wilds Day were not disappointed. It appears that, at
least, two Golden Eagles are using the area. One is a sub-adult and the
other appears to be an adult. I believe all had great looks of at least
one of the birds. Short-eared Owls, Northern Shrike, Common Redpolls, and
Black Vultures were also found by the various groups. The day list will be
close to 50 species.

The vulture roost in New Concord is alive and well. We had 75 Turkey
Vultures and 35 Black Vultures in the tree to the NE of the intersection of
SR 83 and US 40 on Friday evening.
