Yesterday evening around 6:30 driving west on Route 40 near Old Washington, Ohio I had two interesting birds fly over.
One was a little blue heron flying south.
A few miles further on an Eastern Whippoorwill flew right over the hood of our car - had a great view. It was flying north. Could almost have touched it.
