Direction impairment strikes again! The snowy owl has
reportedly been seen (but not by me) EAST of SR 104.
Sorry for the confusion. I'm appending Charles
Bombaci's directions with his amendment. Note that
Florence Chapel Road does not intersect with US Rte
23.

"The location of the Snowy Owl is northWEST of
Circleville. The Snowy Owl is viewable from
Commercial Point Road, 1.6 miles north of Florence
Chapel Road, close to SR 104. This location is between
US Rte 23 and SR 104. The Delorme reference 68 C (1)
& (2)."
