I had a single Short-eared Owl in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park
tonight. It was hunting over the old Richfield Coliseum site at the
corner of 303 & 271 just before dark.

Last year I had a single Short-eared Owl over this site as well, but
despite checking it multiple times at dusk in Dec and Jan last winter,
I never did see one until dusk, Feb 12. I've still never had more than
one bird at a time at this site.
