I had not seen or heard the barred owls for a couple weeks. I figured
the had left when
some large trees were cut down near them. Today the property owner
told my wife they
are still there and they have some babies. Perhaps they just really
quieted down now that the babies
have hatched. I will try to get some photos tonight.

There is also a funny thing happening there. A neighbor there has a
parrot that is in a screened porch.
The parrot now often imitates the owls.
