I work with a woman who had the same problem.  Someone told her to make a paste with cayenne pepper, flour and maybe cornmeal (??) and stuff it in the holes.  She said it is working very well.

Subject: [Ohio-birds] Woodpecker deterant

I have a guy here at work that has woodpeckers drilling holes in his house siding. Any good ideas on deterants?

Thanks

Steve J.
