There has been a Pomarine Jaeger at Caesar's Creek State Park for a couple
days and Julie and I decided to drive down there this morning. We found it
from Harveysburg road sitting on the water at about 8:00 this morning. We
watched it a few minutes and then the fog covered it and we didn't see it
fly. After looking around some other areas for awhile we drove to the boat
ramp near the beach at about 10:30. The fog had lifted and a couple other
people were watching it. We watched it for awhile and got somewhat better
looks at it both flying and sitting on the water.
