I stopped for a minute while driving down Old Mill Road and used my 8x
binoculars to view the nest to the north, across the marsh.  I could clearly
see a white head above the edge of the nest but was not able wait for
movement as traffic was coming.



It would be good for someone to verify if the bird is nesting.  I had to
keep driving because of work.
