There is a Snowy Owl on Upper Valley Pike in Champaign County as of 12:15pm today, 2/3. It is located a 1/4 mile south of the Parker Trutec plant (inbetween Parker Trutec and W Herr Road) on the west side of the road in a cornfield 100 yards out (where cornfield and plowed field intersect). A scope is beneficial to make out details. Many thanks to my wife who told me to stop the car after spotting a "white lump" in the field.
