Was at Eastlake from 12:30 to 1:00pm.  I wasn't wearing hand warmers so I could not count everything.  The mist sometimes blocks the view but it looked to me there were at least 19 White-winged Scoters.  Seven far east somewhat blocked by mist, nine northwest easily visible and at least three straight out. Some were swimming right next to seawall.  Otherwise lots of other ducks and Great-Black-backed Gulls but did not stay long enough to find anything else rare.
