Actually, it's a rainy day if you live in the Columbus area. At my feeder
today:
36 American Goldfinches (only about half of the neighborhood population)
16 Mourning Doves (a fraction of the neighborhood population)
8 Dark-Eyed Juncos
5 House Sparrows (come and get them if you're missing yours)
2 Song Sparrows
1 Blue Jay
A walk around the apartment complex turned up 34 Mallards, 1 American
Black Duck, 1 Cooper's Hawk, and 2 Northern Cardinals.
Al La Sala
the north end of Columbus, OH
