Good afternoon,
Yesterday (8/5), Irina Shulgina found an immature Yellow-crowned
Night-Heron at Pickerington Ponds (Wood duck picnic area), Franklin County.
It continued to be seen throughout the day but was not seen today as of
3:50 pm.
Today (8/6), Judy Semroc found an immature Yellow-crowned Night-Heron
(different plumage than Franklin bird) at Mentor Lagoons, Lake County,
looking east into the marsh. It was still being seen this afternoon.
