No Kirtland’s today but there was a decent variety of warblers around. I also saw my FOS Bobolinks—males doing their displays. Unfortunately not close enough for photos but great to see and hear.
Also got my Ohio FOS Summer Tanager—a beautiful male. Got my FOY one on my recent AZ trip.

A birder recommended I check out the Jim Simmons Trail in Marysville, a new spot for me. I didn’t spend a lot of time there as it was pretty quiet given the time of day i arrived but I picked up a few species for the trip:
La Waterthrush (h)
Hairy WP
Wood Thrush (h)
Mallards
In my Granville yard when I got home, I saw 3 Red-shouldered Hawks who were quite noisy and interacting w/one another so I suspect 2 juvs harassing an adult? Baltimore Orioles & RB Grosbeaks.
