Comments:     Winds were west-southwest. Migration was a bit on the slow side. Most birds were heading west.

Rough-legged Hawk  1     One light phase rough-legged hawk passed by heading east. Noted were the whitish underwings with slightly darker underwing coverts. There were distinct dark marks at the bend of the wing. The tail was dark with a white rump. Wings were long and narrow. It appeared to be a female.
