I’ve had two pine siskins coming around to my thistle feeder since
December. Today they were joined by a third and very different looking
siskin. It had a very pale face with no strong markings,
and it had only the the palest of streaking on it’s breast. When it flew off
the feeder it displayed a lot of strong yellow colour.
