I was at the Troyer's in Apple Creek from 6:15 - 7:30pm this evening. The 45 min. I spent back at the Varied's hang out, it was on the ground foraging or just sitting still. It wasn't difficult to follow and watch the bird work through the cover. After learning the Harris's Sparrow was seen today, I spent the last 30 min. of my visit watching the feeders hoping to see it, I didn't, but seen my first of the year Red-headed Woodpecker hit'n the suet.
