Subject: Birds from today, first post

Birds
Fairport harbor: 
Canada geese, hooded & common mergansers outby lighthouse, lots of ring billed gulls, one great black backed gull. 1 herring g.  11:20am
Sharp shinned hawk.

11:30 mentor headlands:
Common merganser-flotillas of; ringbilled, great black backed & one lesser black backed - gulls.

Coming out of the Headlands saw bald eagle nest and 2 adults.

Sunset pk and Osburn pk:  red breasted mergansers40/2 common mergansers/5 american crows.

Power plant:  Redhead duck flotilla,
Greater scaup, northern shoveler. Redbreasted mergs. A few common mergs. Great black back gulls and ring billed. Ring necked duck x 1. American coot, 2. Canada geese. Mallard, 1. Catbird x 1. Robinsx2. 

Wendy park:  More gulls than I have ever seen in one place before!  

Edgewater/Perkins Beach:  I saw Lots of ice & no new birds than those already mentioned, 4pm.
