The Connecticut warbler was still at Blendon Woods Metro Park as of 6:40
AM this morning (May 29) but we only heard it. It was calling and then
singing off the right side Hickory Ridge trail more or less exactly
where there are sticks in a V shape on the path marking where it has
been seen. It continued to call and sing moving to the right and then
left the area in the direction of the parking lot. We tried to follow it
but it stopped vocalizing. We waited around in the area where it had
been for about 40 minutes but if it came back it was silent and
well-hidden.

Nancy Rudd and Bob Gold
