This was a great example on how variable the lake can be from day to day.
After yesterday's great flight, today there was very little movement other
than gulls. From 7:00-8:00 other than a steady movement of ring-billed
gulls, there were no ducks and only 2 horned grebes on the lake. From
8:00-930, there was a steady snowfall and visibility was zero. From
9:30-10:00 there was only a handful of ducks and a few gulls. By 10:00
there was little movement.
