This morning the two Surf Scoters were still seen at the end of Harveysburg Road. The Caesar Creek beach had only a handful of Ring-bills. I could not locate the White-winged Scoter by the dam.  Special thanks to Jim Hickman for telling us he saw the white wings which were not visible during our first trip.
