Hi all,

This afternoon, walking up Mayfield Hill about 4:30, we had six Wild
Turkeys--apparently 1 tom and 5 hens--get up on the top of the 6 1/2 foot
concrete wall of Lake View Cemetery and brave the traffic to fly across
Mayfield Road. They narrowly avoided some cars, while others stopped for
them. Their goal was evidently a water feature next to one of the "luxury
townhouses" on the south side of the street.

We haven't actually seen turkeys inside the cemetery before, but always
assumed they'd be there.

Best wishes,

Steve Cagan
Cuyahoga County
