Subject: [PABIRDS] Harlequin Duck captured

I just received a message from a person who said that she saw the
Harlequin Duck in one of the cage traps set on Presque Isle S.P. this afternoon. I
believe these traps are set by the Pennsylvania Game Commission as a
waterfowl study program.

If anyone from the PGC gets this message perhaps they could inform the
listserve as to what this survey is about.

Thanks,
