This afternoon Jim Fry and I located a nice selection ofshorebirds in flooded fields at Killdeer Plains Wildlife Area, Wyandot County. 

Shorebirds observed included:
American Golden Plover
Semipalmated Plover
Killdeer
Greater Yellowlegs
Lesser Yellowlegs
Solitary Sandpiper
Semipalmated Sandpiper
Least sandpiper
Pectoral Sandpiper
Dunlin
Short-billed Dowitcher

 
We also checked Township Road 50 inJackson Township, Hardin County, where there were numerous Bobolinks.
