Hello,
So this lake in my neighborhood is definitely a goose magnet. I've
had Cacklings, Snow, and Gr. White-fronted all on this location in the
past 2 yes. This morning at 9 am I was driving out of my neighborhood
and noticed a white goose with all the Canadas and Mallards on the
lake in my neighborhood. I stopped and put my binoculars on it, and
was very surprised to see that it had the size, bill proportions, and
head shape of a ROSS'S GOOSE. I didn't have time to go get a camera
since I was on my way to work, but I'll try and get some photos this
evening if it's still there. The geese usuallly hang out there on the
lake most of the day, and then fly off to the west en masse around
dusk, to the cornfields where they roost.

Address is intersection of Crystalpond Dr and Spindler Rd in Hilliard.
Sorry I didn't have a chance to post until right now.

Nate
