HI everyone!  I just wanted to thank you all for all the suggestions on binoculars.  I purchased a pair of 8x42 Vortex Stokes DLS binocs from Wild Birds Unlimited on Riverside in Columbus.  I got a great deal (really great) and the staff was very helpful.  Of course, I did a lot f research before deciding on these and I was going to get the Eagle Optics Ranger 10x42 (the same as my old and borrowed pair) but the Vortexes were much higher quality for not such a higher price.  Anyways, thanks again for all the suggestions!
