Foy pewee calling at Rowe woods - Clermont county. I was there
For an excellent volunteer workshop on insects.
Decided on Gilmore metro ponds nexts. To work on my Butler list.
And to see what’s there. That swamp at the parking lot on Gilmore
Is always good for migrants. I picked up Tennesse, BT Green, palm
And Blackpoll. 4 new county birds! Fitz bew is back calling. I hope
For an Alder there. They had one last year. The Prothonotary’s were
Putting on a show. I was watching one head in and out of a cavity.
Think I managed a pic!
Ellis wetlands - Butler - my shorebird survey. Place is perfect! The
Shorebirds don't know that…..! Maybe some migration tonight.
Nothing on the radar last night. Not sure how good SE winds are
Here. But there’s always something. Look at all the Kirtlands!
SE in NJ was horrible. South or SW was good.
Good birding all.
