I did a quick scan here this late afternoon. From my car.....

Nothing. I was hoping for some Tundra Swans and Pipit. Horned Larks
have been reported, so why not Pipit. And Tundra Swan in Butler.
Well, no on both species. Nothing much flying either. The area is well
 frozen except for the deeper water
spots. That might change tonight. Yep, the cold hit! What I found
interesting was the dirt moving going on. I am not sure what is going
on there, but visibility for scanning from the road has improved
dramatically! Good.

I am off to warmer climates.
