TIME: 8:00am-12:10pm; 1:40pm-6:15pm TEMP.: 22-41-35 COND.: Frosty & cold early, warming throughout sunny & calm; no snow cover, thin ice on impoundments with larger open pockets; canals open, Lake Erie open; mostly sunny in the afternoon & breezy.
