Sorry if this is a duplicate, but my posts don't seem to be making it to the listserv lately.

Pipe Creek WA (Erie Co) was a fairly birdy place, today.  I tallied 19 warbler sp. and heard of two others (Connecticut & Hooded).  My personal highlight was a gorgeous Whip-poor-will near eye-level just off the path, probably my best look ever at one.  The lowlight was that i forgot my camera :-(  There was also a Prairie Warbler singing along the park's border with the wastewater treatment plant.  I heard it several times in a span of 45 min or so, and it never seemed to move any closer.
