Subject: Faculty Question for IR Professionals
Dear IR Professional
My name is Mike Herdlick from Tiffin University, and I am our Director of Institutional Research. If you could please take a minute or two and answer a couple of questions for me regarding faculty structure and compensation at your college or university.
1. Do you require your full time faculty to teach a minimum number of classes at the undergraduate level?
2. If applicable, are faculty teaching graduate courses restricted to a certain number of graduate courses per semester? Or do you require a balance between undergraduate and graduate courses?
3. Does faculty receive any additional stipends or compensation for teaching graduate level classes.
4. Do you have additional compensation with regard to teaching load (for instance: double load for graduate classes)
Thank you for your willingness to share this information. Please feel free to contact me at 419-448-3582 or at [log in to unmask] if you have any questions.
Mike
