This is a new situation here, so we're trying to establish a policy.
The way I interpret and plan to report it is as undergrads taking
graduate courses. They are billed for the graduate courses at the
graduate tuition, which in our case requires manually adjusting the
bill. Once they have completed the requirements and have an undergrad
degree posted, then their status will change to graduate.

Subject: Bachelor/Master degree programs
I need to know how you classify students who are enrolled in a joint
Bachelor/Master program who are in their 4th year/1st year of the
program - do you still classify them as undergraduates for HEI purposes
or do you move them up to a graduate level - if you classify them as
ugrads but they are taking graduate courses do you charge them the grad
rate? and what about assistantships?
Thanks for the info
