I apologize for sending a reply to everyone--I was thinking about several
things at once! My intent was to ask my colleague, Sandra Stockman, if she
had received the recent OAIRP posting. She is only receiving occasional
postings. If someone can correct this, Sandra's e-mail address is

FYI--when the listserv was originally set up under Denise Krallman at
Miami, I purposely sent a message to the listserver asking it to send me
"digests" rather than individual messages. There used to be something out
there called a LISTSERV REFCARD which provided instructions on how to
negotiate such requests with a list server. (My copy has taken a hike. I
think I got it from MIT??) If I recall, some list servers respond to a
simple message in the body of the email with the words: SET DIGEST. (This
doesn't work for all listservs however.) If I can locate the source for
the LISTSERV REFCARD, I'll pass on the info.
