Terry,
Thanks for pointing out about the Key Value Pair, but I did that and I still
had problems until I eliminated the quotation marks. Once I eliminated
the quote marks, everything worked fine.

Hello Larry,
Your information about how the HEI file works (or doesn't work) with the IPEDS
import is wrong! It works very well. What you probably did not do as one of the
steps in the import is to check 'Key Value Pair' in the "File Type" selection.
If you follow that, I believe you'll will see that it works.
